Our Organization

We Empower... is a faith based nonprofit organization. The vision to start a nonprofit was given to LaToya Lynch in 2008; to aid those that were experiencing financial hardships with food, clothing, and personal items.  The world faced a great crisis in 2020.  During this time LaToya realized people needed help financially, mentally and spiritually.  In 2021 the vision became a reality. We Empower..., Inc was approved by the state of Georgia as a Nonprofit Corporation, serving Gwinnett and surrounding counties.  In addition to providing food, clothing, and personal items; WeE... assist those in dire need of emergency financial assistance, and mentoring programs.  WeE... have a financial literacy program for students in grades 6- 12.  Our mentoring programs are for individuals to release some of life's stress through communication in a group setting.  We Empower... plans to help everyone we come in contact with to become a better version of themselves and improve our communities.
